Kent's coastline really comes to life with all the different events throughout the year. There's something for everybody!

You’ll be spoiled for choice with a line-up including seashore safaris, roc doc walks, regattas, carnivals, kite flying and festivals galore  - so much fun and often for free too. If  you enjoy local food you will love the Whitstable Oyster Festival, the Canterbury Eurofair or Broadstairs Food Festival. Culture vultures can indulge their passion at the Folkestone Multicultural Festival,  Turner Contemporary Exhibition Programme and Canterbury Festival. For music lovers there is the Broadstairs Folk Week, Margate's Big Sky Jazz or Deal Festival of Music and with a great local scene there is always a good gig in a pub or club nearby.
